As the Owners Representative, our role is to act as an advocate to our clients. By gaining an understanding of the client’s expectations during the preconstruction phase we ensure the expectations are met in the construction phase. The objective of the preconstruction phase is to produce the plans and documentation necessary for the smooth, efficient execution of the construction phase.
