Project Approach
As the Owners Representative, our role is to act as an advocate to our clients. By gaining an understanding of the client’s expectations during the preconstruction phase we ensure the expectations are met in the construction phase. The objective of the preconstruction phase is to produce the plans and documentation necessary for the smooth, efficient execution of the construction phase. We assist the owner and architect by providing services that will finalize the documents by establishing the budget and schedule to meet the expectations of all parties.
